🏊 Classes cancelled by Swim Harmony (instructor illness, facility issues) will receive a make-up lesson or credit.
📅 Student absences: One complimentary make-up lesson per package, subject to availability. Must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
⚠️ No refunds after the first lesson of a package.
🔄 Package transfers may be requested up to 3 days before the first scheduled lesson.
